Ingredients


Makes: 2 servings
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) light cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure’s Onion & Bacon Cheese Ball Seasoning
  • 4 thick slices whole-grain bread
  • 1 C (250 ml) shredded lettuce
  • 2-4 oz (60 à 120 g) cooked turkey or chicken
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) cranberry sauce

Preparation


 
  • Stir cream cheese with Onion & Bacon Cheese Ball Seasoning.
  • Spread over bread slices. Top two slices with lettuce, turkey and cranberry sauce. Cover with second slices and serve.
